Citrus aurantium

Orange Blossom

The bitter orange groves of Morocco, distilled in spring.

For a few weeks each spring the bitter orange trees open and the whole country smells of them. The flowers are distilled into ma zhar — orange blossom water — which lives in Moroccan kitchens, on Moroccan tables and in Moroccan hands. It is the single note this entire collection is built on.

Printed on every label in the collection.
